I find meaning in life’s quiet moments — a warm mug of tea, ocean air, deep conversations. I’ve always been drawn to the sacredness of the feminine journey… the parts we don’t always speak aloud, and the transformation that unfolds when we slow down enough to feel it.
Though I haven’t experienced pregnancy myself, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside many women through it all — the highs, the lows, and everything in between. It really began when I was just a teenager, babysitting for a few families every week. I watched those mamas move through their pregnancies, tagged along to OBGYN appointments, and witnessed the raw beauty of this season up close. I didn’t know then that it would become my life’s work — but I’m so grateful that it did.
I later trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with a focus on hormone health and gut health — deepening my understanding of the intricate rhythms of a woman’s body. That education, combined with years of hands-on support, allows me to hold space for you with both compassion and confidence.
